As the first Licensed Trainer of the Cialdini® Institute in Romania, I have a mission to help professionals influence ethically and perform strategically in complex commercial environments. With a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, I combine scientific rigor with practical business insight to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked in execution and leadership roles across sales, marketing and business development in multinational companies such as Philips, GSK and Kraft Foods. Today, I specialize in training and coaching professionals to apply Dr. Cialdini’s 7 Principles of Persuasion in real business contexts.
My approach is grounded in validated behavioral science and tailored to the daily realities of sales, marketing and executive leadership teams. Every session I deliver is designed not just to inspire, but to produce measurable results.
Only in the last 12 months, I have trained and coached over 750 professionals across Romania in applying the 7 Principles of Persuasion. I’ve delivered programs to both multinational and local companies in industries such as insurance, dental, auto or real estate.
These initiatives helped sales teams reduce objections, shorten sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships based on trust. Marketing teams I worked with have crafted more persuasive, psychology-driven campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates. I’ve also partnered with executive leaders to embed ethical influence into their leadership, culture, and strategic direction.
