Vicky Samios is an award-winning dentist, entrepreneur, and self-leadership wellness coach. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, business ownership, and behavioural science, she helps high-achieving leaders build the kind of success that strengthens, rather than depletes, who they are.

A qualified dentist, former pharmacist, multi-practice owner, and founder of Above It®, Vicky brings rare depth to her work — blending strategic mastery with emotional intelligence to guide business owners, health professionals, and executives back to their most powerful leadership state: well, clear, and deeply connected to their mission.

As Australia’s only female Cialdini Licensed Trainer, Vicky teaches leaders how to master the art of ethical persuasion — influencing outcomes with grace, building loyalty without pressure, and leading with precision and humanity.

Vicky’s mission is simple but profound

When leaders are well, everything they lead becomes stronger.

She ensures that success feels as good as it looks — and that influence is built on truth, trust, and real connection.
