As a founder member of the Cialdini Institute, Paul is a specialist in the art and science of ethical persuasion, based on the 7 Principles espoused by Dr Cialdini in his best selling book ‘Influence’ (“the best business book of all time” - Warren Buffett). Ethical persuasion is the ultimate soft business skill and Paul offers insights into how the smallest changes can lead to outsized gains.
His public speaking (and training) topics include:

Paul's joy in these areas is evident in his TEDx talk. Marrying technicality with creativity, Paul’s interactive talks and training are notoriously full of ‘FIRE’ - fun, interesting, relevant and engaging. Offering enlightening perception into the tricks of the mind, Paul is an unforgettable speaker and trainer.
