Hello, thank you for you visiting me! About me: I’ve spent 25 years working for multinational organisations across the globe, and 10 years with start-ups, leading, coaching and training people. In 2009 I trained as a coach and a few years later obtained a degree in psychology to develop my management and training skills. I’m here, as a founding member of the Cialdini Institute to help you develop the skills of ethical persuasion and influence, to help your career success.

Accomplishments

A couple of my accomplishments: I founded a company and created a behavioural science based cyber training programme from scratch, and sold it to governments, banks, fund managers, IT firms as well as marble sculptors and charities. Our largest client has just renewed for year 4 to train their staff, so we must be doing something right.

A very close second notable accomplishment is that I’m still married to the same lovely lady after 23 years.

Then, my keynote to a multi-national was voted best of the conference, and I get asked back to train different groups within the same organisations, which is the biggest compliment I can get.

And, this year, I co-wrote a book, How to hear YES more often, with 7 fellow Cialdini trainers. It’s worth a read. Please ask me about it.
