Jill Anderson
I teach people how to lead change and overcome human resistance to large-scale strategic changes or small process improvement initiatives for better business outcomes.
To solve business problems, I help companies and individuals leverage the Secrets of Influence and Tools of Persuasion. Then, I use disciplined strategic planning, leadership, and leading change principles to accelerate positive results.
As a certified coach and founding member of the Cialdini Institute, I can help you practically apply the science of influence and persuasion. My mission is to share the secrets of getting people to do things they didn't know they wanted to, using ethical and effective methods based on Dr. Robert Cialdini's groundbreaking research and organizational change tools.
I offer bespoke coaching on business challenges, keynote speaking on Leading Change, Secrets of Influence, and The Tools of Persuasion, full or half-day workshops, 45 to 90-minute webinars, and cutting-edge eLearning courses for transformational results.
Whether you need to solve a business problem, overcome resistance to change, execute a strategy, or build a stronger team, I can help you find and use the right tools and mindset.
