Hi. Welcome to my introduction.

I am one of the UK's most accomplished and experienced communication skills experts. As a founding member of the Cialdini Institute in the UK, I became one of the first people globally to qualify as a certified coach.

I am a sought-after trainer, speaker and business coach, working across numerous industries businesses and government departments, with teams at all levels. I use research from behavioural science and human psychology, providing unique, practical and powerful ways to maximise the success of every business transaction, be that sales and acquisition, customer and client experience or project, staff or stakeholder management.

In my 25-year career to date, I have worked with clients as varied as HSBC, Volkswagen, Honda, KPMG, Capita, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, House of Lords, Aviva insurance and Chelsea football club, to name but a few.

On a personal note, I am a keen runner and cyclist. I have completed 2 London Marathons and cycled the length of Great Britain over 12 days (that's over 1000 miles). With these and other accomplishments, I have raised thousands of pounds for my chosen charity, the MS society.
