Dil Sidhu’s career reads like a masterclass in reinvention, from high-street retail and management consulting to government transformation and academia, he’s worn more hats than a Paris runway in winter. But it was a fateful Harvard Business Review article in 2001 that truly changed everything. That’s when he stumbled across the Science of Influence and Persuasion, and never looked back. Fast forward to today, and Dil isn’t just an expert; he’s been personally trained and mentored by the Kings of influence themselves: Dr Robert Cialdini, Dr Greg Neidert, Bas Wouters, and Steve Martin. A Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT) since 2005, he still learns with others through both the Cialdini Influence Institute and Online Influence Institute, equal parts Jedi master and behavioural scientist.

Dil has spent the last two decades building learning experiences that focus on outcomes and actually stick. With academic appointments and executive roles at London Business School, Columbia University, University of Manchester, University of Cambridge, and University of Arizona, he’s more than just fluent in learning design, he speaks fluent outcomes.
