Accomplishments

As Sales Director for the HoReCa channel, he managed the sales department. He created innovative loyalty, merchandising and training programmes. Together with a group of HoReCa market experts, created an educational platform for retail partners called Best in Class - Horeca Management Program. As a board member and managing director, he managed companies in a capital group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (including companies operating in the HoReCa segment). As part of Enterprise Advisors, he implemented development programmes, training and coaching for major Polish and international companies.
